Air Link Communication Limited has announced the formation of a wholly owned subsidiary, ZEXO Technologies (Private) Limited, marking a significant step in its strategy to deepen its presence in Pakistan’s rapidly expanding technology sector.
The decision was approved during a board meeting held on December 1, 2025, according to an official notice submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).
Under the plan, Air Link will invest Rs. 200 million in the newly established venture, distributing the investment across 20 million ordinary shares valued at Rs. 10 each.

According to the company, ZEXO Technologies will operate in a wide range of technology-related fields, including the manufacturing, import, export, distribution, retail, and e-commerce operations of smartphones, laptops, accessories, electronics, home appliances, and products of selected additional tech brands.
The creation of the new subsidiary is aimed at strengthening Air Link’s market position as Pakistan continues to see accelerated demand for electronics and digital products. The company said that the move will also diversify its portfolio across multiple high-growth segments such as consumer electronics and online retail.
Air Link added that the establishment of ZEXO Technologies aligns with its long-term expansion strategy and ongoing commitment to innovation, competitiveness, and value creation in the technology industry.
