Habib Rafiq Uzbekistan Cooperation Sealed in Powerful Investment Ministry MoU

TASHKENT, Jan 31 (APP): Pakistan’s leading conglomerate Habib Rafiq Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd has signed a memorandum of cooperation with Uzbekistan’s Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade, giving fresh momentum to Habib Rafiq Uzbekistan cooperation in infrastructure and industrial development.

The agreement highlights growing confidence between the two countries and reflects a shared commitment to long-term economic collaboration.

MoU Signed at High-Level Ceremony in Tashkent

The memorandum was signed at the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade in Tashkent in the presence of Minister Laziz Sh. Kudratov and Deputy Minister Shokhrukh Kh. Gulamov. Habib Rafiq Engineering was represented by Chief Operating Officer Muhammad Aslam Malik, alongside senior officials from both sides.

Officials described the agreement as a strategic step toward expanding bilateral investment engagement.

Infrastructure and Smart City Development in Focus

Under the framework of Habib Rafiq Uzbekistan cooperation, both sides will explore collaboration in large-scale infrastructure development, smart city planning, and industrial initiatives aligned with Uzbekistan’s national development priorities.
