Nexgen Auto has officially announced the introductory ex-factory prices of the JAECOO J5 SHS HEV, expanding its presence in Pakistan’s growing hybrid SUV market.

According to the company, the JAECOO J5 SHS HEV Comfort has been priced at Rs. 6,699,000, while the JAECOO J5 SHS HEV Premium carries a price tag of Rs. 7,699,000. Nexgen Auto confirmed that these introductory prices will remain valid until March 10, 2026.

Two Variants With Hybrid Powertrain

The JAECOO J5 will be offered in two variants, both featuring a 1.5-liter turbocharged hybrid engine. The powertrain delivers 221 horsepower and 295 Nm of torque, paired with a front-wheel-drive system.

Performance figures show the SUV can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.9 seconds, while a 1.83 kWh hybrid battery supports a claimed fuel economy of 18.8 km per liter, making it one of the more efficient options in its segment.

Dimensions and Exterior Highlights

In terms of size, the JAECOO J5 measures 4,380 mm in length, 1,860 mm in width, and 1,650 mm in height, riding on a 2,620 mm wheelbase.

The top-spec variant features 18-inch alloy wheels, a panoramic sunroof, and a bold SUV design aimed at urban and highway use.

Interior and Technology Features

Inside the cabin, the J5 offers a 13.2-inch touchscreen infotainment system, an 8-inch digital instrument cluster, and an eight-speaker audio system. Additional comfort features include dual-zone climate control, ventilated front seats, wireless charging, Type-C charging ports, and acoustic glass for reduced cabin noise.
